Proposals selected for the artistic programme “Recognizing the absence” 2019 are:

  1. Diana Sokolić, „Put tišine“
  2. Josip Pino Ivanćić, „Se domisliš – se spametiš“
  3. Bojan Koštić, „Jedna iskra je dovoljna“

Selection among 11 submitted proposals was made on 10th of September 2019 by a four-member jury: Nemanja Cvijanović, artist and coordinator of programmes in the project of Rijeka 2020 – European Capital of Culture; Biserka Dumbović-Bilušić, head of Conservation Department in Rijeka; Ksenija Orelj, curator of the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art; Vana Gović, curator of the Memorial Centre Lipa Remembers.

Congratulations to the selected ones and thanks to everyone who applied!

The implementation of selected works and their presentation to the public will follow in mid-October 2019 in the public area of Lipa.

The program is being conducted in partnership with the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art in Rijeka and TD Rijeka 2020 LLC, as part of the Seasons of Power flagship of the Rijeka 2020 – European Capital of Culture.
